Students ID Card:

Student ID is an identity card for Keralite students studying abroad, launched by Norka Roots in April 2020.
 

Benefits:

The ID cardholder will be eligible for Personal Accident Insurance coverage of Rs. 4 Lakhs in the case of death and up to a maximum of Rs. 2 Lakhs for permanent or partial disability.
 

Eligibility:

Malayalee students who have completed the admission process and are currently studying abroad can apply for the ID card.
Students who have completed 18 years can apply for the ID card.
 

Documents Needed:

(Before applying make sure that all the required documents are scanned and prepared in JPEG formats)

• Copies of the front page and address page of the passport.
• Copies of documents proving study abroad / copies of documents proving admission to the study should be submitted with the application.
• Photo and signature of the applicant.
• Registration fees: Rs. 315 (including GST) per card

Validity:

•    Student ID card is valid for three years.

Renewal of the ID Card:
 

• You can apply for renewal three months before the date of expiry if you have valid documents.
• Copies of the prescribed documents and the renewal fee should be submitted
