NORKA Roots is conducting free recruitment for specialty doctors to NHS Wales in the United Kingdom. The recruitment covers multiple specialties, with vacancies for Senior Clinical Fellows (£46,324–£71,814) in Neonates, ITU (Intensive Therapy Unit) and Anaesthetics; Specialty Doctors (£62,117–£99,216) in Acute Medicine and Paediatrics; and International Senior Portfolio Pathway Doctors (£100,870–£111,442) in ITU (Intensive Therapy Unit), Anaesthetics, Clinical Haematology, Radiology and Urology.
Interviews will be held in Kochi from 4 to 6 February 2026 at Taj Vivanta, Marine Drive. Candidates with a minimum of three years’ experience in the relevant specialty are eligible to apply for the post of Senior Clinical Fellow, those with at least four years’ experience may apply for the post of Specialty Doctor, and candidates with more than 12 years of professional experience are eligible to apply for the post of International Senior Portfolio Pathway Doctor. Doctors selected through this recruitment will be offered fixed-term appointments in Wales for a period of up to three years.
