Skill Upgradation and Re-integration Training for NRKs
Norka Roots’ Skill Upgradation & Reintegration Training Program aims at the upgradation of the skills of young Keralites’ work force and reskilling of returnee migrants to meet the challenges in the overseas employment market. It has been designed as an additional skilling program of short duration for a maximum of 3 months to those having basic technical qualifications. Training and skilling programmes are being imparted in areas of technology, soft skill development, communication etc. The skill up-gradation programme is implemented through the selected institutions like ITIs, Polytechnic Colleges, LBS Centres, ICT Academy of Kerala, Nursing Institute for Career Enhancement (NICE Academy) & ASAP for imparting training to the prospective as well as returnee emigrants.
