Global Contact Centre/24-Hour Call Centre
The Norka Global Contact Centre functions as a comprehensive information hub for NRKs on the government schemes and projects initiated by Norka Roots. Operating 24x7, our dedicated helpline, the Norka Global Contact Centre, is the primary point of contact for NRKs, offering assistance and facilitating services related to the Norka department, Norka Roots, Kerala Pravasi Welfare Fund Board, and NRI Commission. Through the Global Contact Centre, we aim to address the concerns of Non-Resident Keralites (NRKs) and raise awareness among emigrants and potential migrants about illegal exploitation and migration issues. About 12 lakh expatriates from 44 foreign countries have already availed this service, which is estimated to be one lakh every year.
The Norka Global Contact Center 1800 425 3939 (Toll-Free/India) facility can be used by Keralites within India to get information about the services provided by Norka or to report their complaints to the authorities. In addition to this, an International Missed Call Service is also in place for expatriates around the world to get information about the services and schemes of Norka. Through the Norka Global Contact Centre/24-Hour Call Centre, details of any schemes or services can be accessed from any part of the world via telephone, live chat, e-mail, SMS, etc., on a 24x7 basis.

NORKA ROOTS, established in 2002 as a field agency under NORKA, holds a prominent role as the nodal agency for all matters concerning Non Resident Keralites (NRKs). With a mission to create a robust institutional framework, NORKA ROOTS actively supports the Government of Kerala in addressing NRK grievances, safeguarding their rights, and facilitating the rehabilitation of return emigrants.
